Revisions
Each project includes two rounds of revisions and will take into account anything the client wants fixed or altered. Rounds that continue to exceed more then 4 will be charged extra for extra time taken to edit. Written approval of the final video constitutes acceptance. We are not liable for errors approved by the client.
Intellectual Property
We retain copyright in all video content, raw footage, and project files. Upon full payment, the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the final delivered video for the purposes stated in the project agreement. Raw footage remains our property unless separately purchased. If a work-for-hire
Client Responsibilities
The client is solely responsible for obtaining all licenses, releases, and permissions for any materials they provide, including music, logos, trademarks, on-camera talent, and filming locations. We reserve the right to exclude materials we believe are unauthorized. We are not liable for delays caused by the clients failure to secure clearances.
Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from: unauthorized use of the delivered video; third party IP claims related to materials supplied by the client; or any breach of the client's obligations under these Terms.
Portfolio Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may display excerpts of completed work in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials. No confidential business information will be disclosed.
